The living quarters has a mattress in the gooseneck area for sleeping as well as a T.V., a couch in the slide room, bar with bar stools for dining area in the kitchen, fridge, double sink, microwave, and lots of hardwood cabinet throughout.
The bathroom has an oval shower with glass doors, sunk with vanity, toilet, and a walk through door to the midtack area.
The mid tack area has 3 bunk beds, removeable 4 saddle rack. blanket bar and plenty of storage space for your tack and equipment, as well as a walk through door to the horse area.
The horse area has a one cut gate, escape door in the front horse area, plexiglass for the stock sides for cooler weather and 50/50 rear doors on the back.
